I'm an AR designer and i work with Lens Studio to create AR lenses for Snapchat. I recently tried the fieldDay app and absolutely loved how easy it was to create a ML model! Congrats on the launch! This is definitely a really interesting approach to data collection and integration of vision models. Is there a way to collaborate on creating the datasets as usually a lot of training data is required. I actually have my own product, ezML, which is a platform for computer vision integration for apps. ezML would be perfect for you, we would be able to lift the stress of hosting, training, and scaling these vision models and let you guys focus on the more prioritized tasks. In addition we would be able to greatly extend your functionality -- I think there can be some great synergy between so let me know if you are interested and we can set up a meeting :) -- Anyway, even if you aren't interested I really like this approach to computer vision integration and I wish you the best of luck!

We believe that the camera is one of the most overlooked productivity platforms of our age. Creating custom datasets is a matter of minutes. FieldDay is mobile-first because we believe iteration is key in building production-grade vision AI, and we needed to tighten the loop between data collection, training, and testing — there’s no better way to build these systems than in the field, and we are the first and only tool that allows you to do that. We are looking forward to bring collaboration to this experience in the near future as well. → After you’ve trained your first model, you will see live-feedback appear directly on the viewfinder — and if you see a mistake, you can interactively correct the model right in place. Within your first 15 minutes you will have trained multiple models and see your vision AI improve rapidly. → Lastly, we currently support a select set of platforms (Snap Lens Studio, WebAR/Niantic 8thWall, and SwiftUI) and all industry-standard formats to make it as easy as possible to take your model to your favourite platform. So far we’ve seen creators in the AR space building for platforms like Snap Lens Studio and Niantic 8thWall use FieldDay to rapidly build custom experiences. I also built an AI for detecting British street furniture design icons from scratch in just one weekend — all in the field.
