How did Fibr start?
Our key insight was that the Ad click > Landing page conversion journey was broken.
Landing pages weren’t delivering on the ads’ promises, causing:
- Frustration in the customer journey
- Higher bounce rates
- Lower conversions
Why was that happening?
Because creating landing pages for every ad & every piece of communication wasn't scalable, the average life span of an ad group consisting of 100s of ads is 5 days today, while the time taken to create all of these landing pages manually, even in the best-case scenario, can’t be less than a month.
That’s where we entered.

A solid product with a viable free plan and no credit card required. Meaning no surprises once you decide to break the paid wall. And this alone is huge, in a segment where free plans merely showcase a minimum viable experience at best. I like it how you can start onboarding your team already on the free plan. Onboarding is a piece of cake, UX is great and clear. The branding kit setup section reflects every bits that you would already have on your offline brand kit; this makes it an easy copy/paste job to train Fibr over your brand. The AI chat layout is smartly crafted and features/options-packed: ChatGPT should take a look at it.
Targeting your audience is also very direct and easy. If anything, it would be great in the future to have a chance to add personas to better train Fibr over your campaign.
Only question I have is about the trust page: I love the idea, but there is no auditors on soc2, gdpr etc: that might be confusing, and I wouldn't keep it like that until you can fill those bits.
Also, you have a .rounded-full on the brand logos that doesn't make sense when logo is rectangular (it looks bad): you might want to make a size check when logo is rectangular. But hey...if these are the problems you have with your product, you can sleep like a baby, at night.

@fabiosalvadori Gratitude from me and the team for such a detailed comment. For compliance, we have the certificates handy and work with a vendor who manages the certificates. Happy to get on a call and make you talk to the agency+auditor who manages this for us. We are always up to date when it comes to compliance. But again thank you so much for your detailed comment.
@pritam_roy3 Yeah, I don't doubt you have it. I was just pointing out that the auditor field is empty. From end user point of view that sounds like you might not have it, yet. I was merely suggesting to fill that bits with an auditor name or to just leave the certification image. I just saw you corrected, but I'd still use the trust page if I was you: really neat and I hope you don't mind if we will steal the idea ;)
