Product looks really nice, something I could use it when I launch. The thing I think is missing, which I wanted to see, is like a demo, or atleast screenshots of what the link, or the feedback looks like when I send it to the customer and then what I receive internally.
@tdajani thanks for your comment. I was supposed to get a "how to use it" video to place it on the main page, but the company where I order it,ask for more days to finish it.
@vlad_zaev Thanks looks nice. Two questions, can I embed it within my website like a pop up or something? and can I change the questions? Also, I see that the "Next" button doesnt come unless I fill in the answers and sometimes it shows late.
@tdajani, as for the Next button I did it on purpose: to make customers respond to the questions with at least 10 letters. In this case the answer is more informative then just 'it's fine' respond. As for the questions, yeap, you can change 2 out of 3 as you want.
How is .xyz TLDs is working out for you? I have heard google don't really rank these domains well, And newsletter from these domains go to the spam folder. Is it true in your case?
@boringofwords sorry for the late respond. Says true, we didn't find out any big differences between .xyz and .com names for now at least. We had that domain only for couple month, so it's hard to say. Anyway our mail had never go to span folders. All automatic notifications and email blast go directly to income mail, based on our surways.

In a day when my friend and I had a small pizza delivery service, I always wanted to know what my customers thought about my pizza. Was it good or not? Were they satisfied with a delivery speed? Did they need anything else, like new flavors or new drinks?
I wanted to know my customers' thoughts before they go to other web sites or apps to leave their feedback. No worries if it was a good feedback, but what about it was not?

3 questions and a promo code for the next purchase. And if your customer happy and satisfied with your service, he or she will be shown links to your social networks or maps to leave a feedback there as well.
All new feedbacks go to a 'Received Box' on the main page. After all you can move them to other boxes as a Positive, Negative or Neutral box in a Trello like dashboard. Also you can add tags to each feedback to work it out later.
At Feedo you can find out your NPS score, number of clicks to your social networks and you can add Google Analytics to the quiz page.
Small business owners who tried Feedo for the last two month told me that it gave them a good push for changes. One of them fired his administrator for rude talks with customers, other found out new products to sell based on buyers wishes, third increased her clients loyalty, fourth got back a lot of visitors with Feedo promo code system.
