Etalon posture bra

Hi friends, Kristina here, the founder of Etalon. Like many of you, I felt back pain and tension while working on my laptop. So did many of my coworkers (at Slack, at that time). In the absence of a working solution, I knew I just needed to create one and help people live pain free lives!

How I came up with the idea of Etalon?

Through user interviews and existing products testing, I realized two simple things: 1️⃣ People's postures are getting worse (thanks to phones, computers, and non-ergonomic WFH stations). 2️⃣ Existing posture products are extremely uncomfortable and not enjoyable to use. There is clearly a gap between what market offers and what people want! And Etalon bridges the gap! Etalon is designed to be comfortable, fashionable, and enjoyable and effective in helping people develop healthy posture habits. We consulted with top orthopedists and created Etalon. We recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter and got fully funded in a week. Etalon™ posture apparel supports an upper back and embraces a posture-positive lifestyle.

How does Etalon work?

💪 Muscle memory When we slouch, our shoulders move forward and the distance between our shoulder blades increases. As a result, the upper spine curves like a “C” and our neck and head angle downward.
