Some people use it for quick personal data like phone numbers and addresses. Most people use it for emails (and email responses) that they have to send all the time, like customer service, sales, and marketing emails. It comes in handy when you're traveling and not near your desktop.

@______chase This is good for longer form stuff, but your use case of phone numbers and addresses is interesting, since that can be doen with keyboard shortcuts natively on iOS. I just type in "pn" and it fills out my number, or "addr" and it fills out my address. But not a lot of people know about it.
Hey, I'm Chase, the creator of Crisp. Since there wasn't a good way to manage & send email templates on iOS devices, we built one. Crisp uses a custom keyboard for inserting templates in any app. It syncs across devices, and there's no template limit.
We released it a few weeks ago and people are really liking it! Would love to know what you think.
