I like the trigger tracking. Seems like one could get the most out of this application when used alongside actual therapy/rehab to make the journey accountable
Hey @ishan_dubey, that's right! It's best to have an expert to help — at least a psychiatrist. Using the app will help with motivation and tracking progress. But the main advantage is help while facing triggers. The app can support during carvings and help users to continue coping.
Thank you!
Like this one, congratulations on the launch! I am just curious, what methods and techniques are you using in the main solution? Besides, is it already validated by a psychologist and are you planning to connect this to neuropsychology?
Hey @tornike_tsiramua1, glad to hear that. It's CBT. My psychiatrist originally proposed the application's quit strategy. I validated every statement of "manual" with him. I also read a ton of medical documents from WHO and NCBI. But I tried to make functions as universal as possible to be for everyone, not for precise cases.
Great idea, I really hope this works. I personally don't know anyone with any issues like this but if an App will solve this problem then I'll back it!
Maybe setup a buy me a coffee link for those of us that want to support this without actually using the app.
