The AI uses the Jurassic-1 Jumbo language model from AI21 Labs. It has 178 billion(!!) parameters and a 250k token vocabulary. (For reference, OpenAI's GPT-3 Davinci language model has 175 billion parameters and 50k token vocabulary)
