Today, we're launching Caddie to help B2B teams book more meetings from their website by making it easier for buyers to schedule a call. Companies can create personalized flows that qualify leads and route them to the right account executive in real-time!
A little bit about us. In past lives, Alan and I managed sales and marketing teams and were often confronted with:
1. Frustrated Buyers who felt it took forever to schedule and see a demo. Many prospects were ready to buy but the slow process hurt deals; and
2. Poor Website Conversion as a result of so much friction to get prospects a demo of our product/service.
We decided to build a product that improved the buyer experience and cut the drop-off in the inbound lead funnel.
Most companies don’t want just anyone to book a meeting, so they try to qualify them by creating long contact forms and sometimes dedicated qualification calls. These steps hurt conversion and most definitely hurt the buyer experience.
We want to change that by making sure that the most qualified leads can quickly book a meeting with a sales rep.
We built Caddie initially to solve our problems. Today that includes:
* Lead Capture - Capture leads faster by asking fewer questions off-the-hop to reduce buyer drop-off created by lengthy, static forms.
* Lead Qualification - Ask simple questions to qualify leads before opening up your calendar. Build dynamic question flows depending on the type of buyer.
* Routing - Identify the right sales person for each opportunity. Do it in real-time without hurting conversion.
* Calendar Scheduling - Show a simple calendar allowing buyers to book a time with sales.
