But the main challenge to start your fitness journey is scraping together the needed motivation and even more importantly sticking to it. By far the best fitness experience one *could* have to overcome this is having your own personal trainer, tailoring your workouts to your needs, guiding and motivating you along the way. But this is out of scope for almost everybody. So here comes boost - an AI personal trainer for everybody! 🤖 **How does boost work?** Boost uses your smartphone's front-facing camera to analyze your movements in real-time. Everything happens on your device, so no images or videos are stored or sent to servers. With the help of its built-in AI boost then mimics the interaction you would have with a personal trainer.
