Hello @kyrylosilin , thanks for your interest. Yes, with the free plan, you get a rate limit of 10 requests per hour. Which should be sufficient for projects with few notifications. It also comes with analytics dashboard for your notifications.

We only serve as a delivery lane and make it simpler via a single POST request. You can moreover customize it by adding revenant tags to the post request which gives you simple analytics in the dashboard.
