Today, we’re excited to officially launch Arctype, the best database GUI for developers! I've always loved coding and I'm a software engineer at heart. However, every time I create a new project and work with databases, it's always been an unpleasant experience. I wanted to create the database experience that I've always wanted. This is why over the past 18 months, the Arctype team and I have been working hard to make the best database client possible. Think of it as "Postman meets phpMyAdmin." We were heavily inspired by both of those products for their simplicity and power. It has features we've always wanted in database clients: an easy-to-use UI, collaboration, and visualizations. We support most of the features that existing SQL clients today have in addition to new features like a cmd + k command palette and lots of keyboard shortcuts that make working with your databases much easier. We currently support PostgreSQL, MySQL, and PlanetScale, but we plan to release a lot more integrations soon.
