Some of our customers were able to understand better what their community members talk about and how they feel about things (resonating topics and channel sentiment dashboards) - thanks to that you can create content that actually resonates well with your community and uncover a lot of issues before they become bigger challenges. Others use dashboards to get insights on specific groups of their members, track the activities of top contributors or simply create the general overview of their community over a specific time range... is there anything specific that may be interesting for you to uncover?

AhoyConnect's pre-built templates seem like a great feature for anyone who wants to quickly and easily track user behaviour and sentiment. This will be useful both for community builders who are just starting out and don't have a lot of experience with analytics and for those who already played this field longer and would like to go deeper into the data (if you are a fellow community builder, you also know that it’s not that easy to actually get all data points under one roof and Ahoy does it).
