AdBacklog helps digital marketers manage campaigns without jumping between Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Slack, Notion, emails, and spreadsheets. Plan, track, and optimize campaigns in one place — from idea to insight, across teams and channels.
AdBacklog on Google Play – Manage your ads anytime, anywhere
AdBacklog is now on Google Play. Manage your ad campaigns from anywhere — handle briefs, review creatives, share feedback, and track approvals in real time. A streamlined workflow tool for marketing and creative teams who need to stay productive on the go.
I’m Floris and I’m excited to share that AdBacklog is now available on Google Play.
If you’ve ever juggled creative approvals, feedback, and deadlines across Slack, email, and 10 different folders… I’ve been there. That’s why I built AdBacklog — to bring clarity and speed to ad production, from brief to approval, all in one place.
With today’s Android release, AdBacklog becomes fully mobile — so you can manage your campaigns, assets, and team conversations wherever you are.
Here’s what the mobile app lets you do:
Track and review campaigns on the go
Scroll through project timelines, versions, and feedback — straight from your phone.
Collaborate in real time
Tag teammates, leave comments, and approve assets — without waiting to get back to your desk.
Get notified instantly
Stay in the loop when deadlines shift or creatives are ready to review.
Upload assets from anywhere
Snap a photo, upload a file, or grab something from the cloud — all in one tap.
Designed for mobile
The app is fast, simple, and built for real-world creative workflows.
Why it matters
Creative work moves fast, and feedback shouldn’t wait. Whether you’re in a client meeting, commuting, or just not near your laptop — AdBacklog keeps your workflow moving.
This is just the beginning — I’d love for you to try it, share your feedback, and help shape where it goes next.
AdBacklog is free to get started, and available now on Google Play.
@floris_meulensteen This is super relatable, Floris. 🙌🏽 I’m always bouncing between Slack, Google Ads, Notion, and a million tabs when managing campaigns; it gets chaotic fast. does it play nicely with Slack or send updates there?
@hamza_afzal_butt Thanks so much, Hamza — I totally feel you! That chaos inspired AdBacklog in the first place.
Actually, AdBacklog is designed to replace tools like Slack in your ad workflow — not t integrate with them. We bring all campaign comms, approvals, and updates into one place trhough comments, so you don’t have to bounce between Slack, emails, and folders anymore.
We recently put together a detailed comparison table of the top tools used for marketing campaign tracking and creative collaboration and how they stack up against AdBacklog, our purpose-built platform.
I have been using Notion to manage ad content workflows, mainly because of its flexibility and customization options. That said, I can definitely see the value of AdBacklog for marketers or clients who aren’t as familiar with Notion or don’t want to build complex templates. It’s more focused and ready to go out of the box. Solid product, giving it 4 stars mainly because I’ll personally stick with Notion for now, but I think this could be a great fit for teams who need a dedicated, easier-to-use solution.
Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Sidra — really appreciate you taking the time!
You're absolutely right: Notion is super flexible, but setting up templates can be time-consuming. And depending on team size, the per-user cost can really add up.
That’s exactly what we aimed to solve with AdBacklog: it’s ready to go from day one, built specifically for marketing teams and agencies — with unlimited seats at a fixed price.

@floris_meulensteen 🙌🏽
@floris_meulensteen Big congrats on the Android launch! um, would be awesome if there was like a swipe-to-approve kind of thing for creatives.

@sidraarifali Appreciate the kind words, Sidra — thank you. 🙏 What do you mean with swipe-to-approve and how do you see this?
