Hi PH Community! It's been a while since I've launched a Product Hunt and I'm really excited to share this one with you!
Meet 2V, a Pensieve for the digital age. 2V lets you create an AI, called a Voice, to share different aspects of who you are. Maybe you have a Voice for your creative pursuits, another for your professional experience, and one for your closest relationships. Each Voice taps into a collection of memories, ideas, media and perspectives you provide.
Then, through guided natural dialogue, anyone can plumb the depths of that Voice to gain insight into how you think. They can ask open-ended questions to discover connections, gain exposure to diverse concepts, and forge meaningful relationships—all powered by the verbal wizardry of Anthropic's Claude.
I've been building my Voice, http://2v.ai/james, for a while now, have found it to be a really powerful way to understand myself and express myself to others, and I'm really excited to share my progress with you. A few features worth calling out:
1. Create a voice (http://2v.ai/create) -- fill out a short questionnaire to help the AI get to know you -- right now it's a form but we have lots of ideas on how to get ingestion right and can't wait to hear your feedback.
2 Share (and continue!) conversations -- this is a feature that I haven't seen before - you can share in-progress conversations and others can seamlessly continue them by just clicking on the link! This creates fun little opportunities like this interactive dating profile I just made for myself (I'm single!) https://www.2v.ai/james?k=E7fh4T...
3. Endlessly tap through followup prompts -- this is so fun
Let me know what you think - the possibilities for this product are so limitless so curious to hear your feedback!
This is actually a fun experience! You know the market has been flooded with AI chatmates, "mental help", totem animals and what not for a while, and I've tested a few out of plain curiousity. Anyhow, most of the product refuse to do searches about "private persons", whether its you giving them permission or not. I guess there's a hypothetical risk that someone would use that kind of search to breach someone's privacy. Anyhow, this product seems to give only positive feedback, so I don't see any problems of allowing it to look for public information about me - it's public anyway :)
The generated replies were quite creative, not the usual "self-help" or "think positive and just get hold of yourself" parroting. I would recommend this app for someone who wants to try chatting with chatbots.
