Blockchain is an interesting tech but utility matters most. Is your project solving a real problem or just using blockchain for hype? Focus on delivering value to users first, then see if blockchain actually helps you do that better than alternatives. And of course make sure you have solid fundamentals beyond just the blockchain aspect - strong team, go-to-market strategy, etc. What specific utility is your blockchain project providing?

Utility should definitely come first for any blockchain project to succeed long-term. Without real use cases solving real problems, the hype will fade. Any favorite projects that you think have great utility potential?
