Push Pull Leg. 4 years and it still surprises me how this fundamental training split keeps you on your toes. With right amount of deloading, you can perennially stick to this split, while changing the kind of exercise for that particular movement.

I try to lift weights after work at least 3 times per week. Cardio in the morning if I can muster the courage. I play a sport once per week during the winter (basketball) and If I have the time I like to decompress by hitting the driving range when I don't get a workout in.

Calisthenics mixed with some HIIT. Quick, no need for a gym, and you're wiped but pumped.
HIIT's a time-efficient way to improve cardiovascular fitness and overall strength.

When it comes to staying motivated and energized, my go-to routine is hitting the gym. There's just something about being in that space, surrounded by others working towards their fitness goals, that gives me a serious boost of motivation. Plus, the variety of equipment and classes available makes it easy to keep things interesting and challenging. Now, I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, and that's totally cool. Some folks thrive on home workouts, while others prefer outdoor activities like running or hiking. But if you ever find yourself in need of workout tips or ideas, you might want to explore Hitsona https://hitsona.com/shrewsbury/ . They've got a bunch of resources that can help you stay on track.

I love doing morning workouts to work towards an hourglass figure.https://betterme.world/articles/.... An hourglass shape is largely genetic, but after sticking with this routine for a while, my figure has been getting closer and closer to that shape. It’s been really motivating to see the progress!
