Your favorite Usability Audit tools?

Hello UXers and Designers! What are your favorite go-to tools for conducting, managing, or tracking UX Audits? Conducting audits is challenging, while taking screenshots, managing and tracking bugs is a separate hassle. How do you guys manage this? I would love to take some insights.
