    What if you find an AI Coach for your workouts? Will it be great for you or a waste of time? Share your thoughts

    No I wouldn't find it useful to use an AI coach. I like an actual person pushing me, not some robot. AI might be useful in helping me understand what workouts to do though

    @my_phung Yes your point is valid what if there was a social side? like, burn buddies? AI coach is one thing, but we have a whole social side.

    For me, it is my habit to have that workout on a certain day. And one needs to have a self-motivation to change something in his/her life. When I used to train with people, it was pretty obvious who had got and didn't have a relationship with such activities. The real person seems to be more relevant in this case. I also rather train according to some fitness trainer from YouTube than set up a HIIT timer. (just example)

    @busmark_w_nika It's Great to know that Our AI coach can see and track and give you analysis on your entire history - all automatically without further input from members. The social side is for accountability and also because it's just fun
