I’m currently working on App Finder, an advanced search engine for Android apps, soon for iOS also: https://skyica.com/appfinder/. (It was launched here last year https://www.producthunt.com/products/app-finder#app-finder, and I’ll launch it again later this month.) The goal is to make mobile apps optimally discoverable, for the benefit of both users and developers. In general, good search engines are clearly important to ensure that high-quality content and products can be found even if the creators have few funds available for marketing, and are therefore an important driver for innovation. I think there is much room for improvement with search engines for various kinds of content and products, and I also find it very interesting to build and operate a search engine. I’d like to hear from others who are also working on search engines!

One of our clients is indeed working on an innovative project—a search engine specifically designed for the Dark Web. This dark web search engine aims to provide a safer, more efficient way to navigate the hidden parts of the internet while ensuring user privacy and security.
