We are currently preparing our launch, the simplest time management tool you have ever seen, and curious about what you use right now. What features do you think are distinguishing?

I use Twitonomy. It allows anyone’s tweets, retweets, replies, and mention. Want to become more financially aware?? Money Accounts helps a range of financial news, reviews, guides, and tools.

Cron.. Its very intuitive and easy to use.

@jakub_piskor thanks for your answer. Which feature makes it unique, do you think? I guess you are actively using it.
    Jakub Piskor
@elifduran yes, I’m using it on daily basis. TBH, I’m not sure if I can say unique feature as I didn’t research other apps. It has everything I need for tracking my time on projects.

@reda_labdaoui yeap, Toggl is the best-known as time tracker, but don't you think it is complicated?
    Jakub Piskor
    @reda_labdaoui @elifduran It’s very simple app, imo.

There are a variety of tools that can help you to manage your work time, including calendars, to-do lists, and task managers.

@shreyanshi_gupta1 Which is your favorite one and why? We are currently developing and preparing to launch the simplest time management tool. I am asking to understand what people search for a tool.

Just Notion and Google Calendar for me! Never personally found a need for "time-blocking" and productivity stuff like that, but that's just me. I can create basically any type of database structure with notion, any kind of to-do list, etc. So it satisfies my need for everything to be MY WAY as well as be modular when things change.

@gaucherm The best pair for me too! What do you think about a time tracker inside Notion?

@elifduran Never built/ tried one. I would check if there's already templates for something like that. I think it could be marketed and sold though!

@gaucherm It is in our roadmap and one of the exciting features for me too! Thanks for your sharing.

The Notion and Trello combo works best for me, I figured. Notion helps me keep track of anything I have going on plus all my notes and reports. Trello is great for listing all the deadlines, to-do lists and updating the process.

@lara_tankal Why don't you use Notion for the same reason of Trello?
    Lara Tankal
@elifduran I think it's more about my preference of seeing deadlines vs details in different platforms which makes organization easier for me, rather than a lack of features in either platform.

ClickUp. It has an internal time tracking and time estimate feature.

I used Things but their pricing model is really bad in my opinion and they leave a lot to be desired feature-wise. I'm literally building an iOS app to get my life in order and have all the features I need without adding overwhelmingly complex UI for my ADHD.
