Keeping our developer documentation updated is becoming a hassle. What tools do you use to organize and manage dev docs?

I use GitBook for dev docs. It's free for public docs and integrates nicely with GitHub repos to keep docs in sync with code. Super easy to set up and maintain, and comes with a clean, modern theme out of the box. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!

Mintlify is pretty good!
For developer documentation, we at easybits typically rely on tools like Confluence and Outline.
Confluence is great for creating structured, collaborative documentation, especially when teams need a central place to share and manage knowledge. On the other hand, Outline offers a clean and intuitive way to organize and access documentation, making it perfect for teams that prioritize simplicity.
Each tool has its strengths, so it really depends on the specific needs of the team and the complexity of the documentation. Having the right tool ensures the information is easy to find and keeps developers focused on building, not searching for answers.
For documentation, I rely on VuePress.
I prefer MkDocs for its simplicity and its ability to easily deploy docs with themes and plugins. It’s been a smooth tool for documenting our projects.
