Popular switches I've seen:
Grammarly → Claude or ChatGPT for writing
Photoshop → Midjourney or DALL-E for images
Google - Claude/Perplexity for research assistance

For me it's additive… it hasn't replaced anything, but it has augmented so many things I do. I often ask Gemini/ChatGPT for coding advice (what's the best way to do X, why is Y not working when it should be), but I rarely use AI to actually produce code.

I've replaced Grammarly with ChatGPT for writing assistance and found that ChatGPT offers much more flexibility and depth, especially for longer form content or brainstorming. For images, I've also moved from Photoshop to DALL-E for quick mockups and creative visuals—it's super fast for generating ideas.
I am using Grok for AI image generation for human-like pictures, the best by far!

@aaugoustis93 where do you use it? and do you have to edit the picture afterwards or its used as it is?
We're seeing some of our customers do that and use Fable! :)
Fable is AI powered demo tool that lets you create an entire demo just with a prompt!

I've swapped Photoshop for Midjourney, and it's been a game-changer – turns out AI is much better at interpreting my abstract artistic vision! Now if only Her Ideal Match could help my dating profile the same way...

For me, Grammarly provides the insights on my texts that ChatGPT doesn't
I actually haven't fully replaced anything with AI. And I'm kinda glad about that. Instead, I use AI as my "really eager intern" for parts of my work, but I'd say Perplexity for research is the closest to a full switch.
That's actually why I'm building Zeel AI - to help businesses create their own custom GPTs without the technical headaches. Once it's done, it'll be my Perplexity replacement too.
