Which part of the Product Hunt is the most important for you?
Business Marketing with Nika

Since I am not planning to launch anything for now and use it solely for building community, for me, it is Community (Discussion section + comments).
What about you? 🤔
[Every category has a slightly different purpose – e.g.
Products are related to having backlinks and visibility
News (newsletter) to be informed about current, trendy things etc.]

For me, the most important part of Product Hunt is the community discussions and feedback. Getting input from other makers and early adopters on how to improve my product is invaluable. BTW, I'm also expanding my communities on other platforms like LinkedIn, Substack, Twitter, Threads and YouTube. Feel free to connect with me there too!

@coragenevieveholloway I can see we are on the same page. :) What is your LI? :)

BTW, you can join many communities I am trying to build elsewhere.
🤝 Choose the one you prefer the most:
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nika...
Newsletter on Substack: https://substack.com/@businessma...
Twitter: https://x.com/intent/user?screen...
Threads: https://www.threads.net/@busines...
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@busines...
The part I like about product hunt is the launch of several products that fit my desired category. But I don't mind if my favorite product hasn't been released yet. The most important thing is that the product owner remains enthusiastic to continue innovating.

@vaibhavdwivedi When I stepped on this platform for the first time, I was also the same but then, the community started to be more fun! :D :)

@vaibhavdwivedi feel the same :) We got in touch on so many platforms :)
Right now it's community.
Hopefully my efforts here lead to better launches though!

@vocabularyexpertapp same here!
@vocabularyexpertapp In my humble opinion, online casinos can be both good and bad for your wallet. The only casino I can https://vulkan-bt.com/vulkanbet-... recommend is Vulkan Bet no deposit bonus casino because people trust it. I couldn't believe that I can make money with fun.
Discovering amazing products

Totally agree with you! Building a community through the Discussion section and comments can be incredibly rewarding. It allows for more authentic interactions and deeper connections with your audience. Plus, it provides valuable insights and feedback that can help shape future projects. I've noticed that while products and newsletters have their own benefits, there's something uniquely engaging about fostering a space where people can share ideas and grow together. Anyone else focusing on community building rather than launching products right now? 🤔

@caohongyuan Me all the time :D like 2 years (almost)
I'm fascinated by launches. They're brimming with ingenious ideas, and you can really feel the energy.

@david_mindw 👀 when is your launch?
@busmark_w_nika We're planning to launch in October, though we haven't nailed down the exact date yet. We're really looking forward to your valuable input when the time comes."
Upvotes. Seeing your comment getting traction is the most satisfying thing in the morning.

For me, it's more about showcasing products and building connections, but community interaction definitely plays a key role as well. 😊

@swarna_hebb 🙋♀️ Same here!

Definitely the launch day! It’s exciting to see how people react to the product and it helps build momentum. Plus, the exposure on launch day is crucial for growth.
minimalist phone: creating folders
@idowbmarc yes, making it to the top improve visibility + people are more likely to try the product (and possibly purchase) :-)
Launching soon!
community for sure.
firstly I thought that there were mostly bot's, but now I meet here a lot of likeminded individuals!
minimalist phone: creating folders
@viktor_surkov Thankfully, I have experienced bots lately a little bit less (on the other side, when PH stopped with them, Twitter started :D)
