Hybrid is great for a perfect work-life balance, but if there is one option then I would choose Onsite for great productivity, networking and team work.

Personally I prefer onsite work. Being in the office helps me focus and collaborate better with my team. Plus the casual conversations and rapport building at the office are great for morale. That said, flexibility to WFH sometimes is nice. But if I had to choose just one, I'd go with onsite for the productivity and team bonding benefits.

I like to mix the two in a balanced way, but if I had to pick one, it would be onsite. I think it’s hard to build team bonds just by WFH.

For me right now, I prefer working onsite, as working from home makes me easy to get distracted by various small things.

I enjoy a mix of both! Onsite work gives me the chance to collaborate face to face and connect with the team, while WFH offers the flexibility to focus deeply without distractions

Personally, I prefer WFH. It allows me to structure my day more freely and I feel like I can work more efficiently in a comfortable environment.

WFH hands down! I'm way more efficient without the distractions of an office. I get to take shot breaks, adjust my schedule, and work in a cozy environment.

I like working from home for the comfort and flexibility, but sometimes lack the live interaction and change of scenery that working on-site provides.
