    For me right now it's the Number of Prs merged on production, but looking for a better tool that can monitor these things.

    @deepak_kumbhar1 We're actually building something to solve for that at Insightly (https://www.insightly.ai/). We collect data from your Git tools and turn it into dashboards to give you visibility into your PRs - how many opened, how many reviewed, how many merged etc. Stay tuned for our launch in June!

    I mainly track goals met and the quality of deliverables over things like points and tickets. While those might be more helpful in a larger development team, we're still pretty small, so we choose to focus on bigger goals.
