I use many sites/tools for sourcing top talent, but partnering with recruiting agencies can be incredibly effective. These agencies often have access to qualified candidates and can streamline the hiring process by vetting applicants for specific skills and experience. By the way, any Golookup reviews? Job search platforms are great for casting a wide net but collaborating with recruiting agencies works best for me, as a result, I'm connecting with the best candidates for the job.

Now we're mostly looking for a designers, and best platform to find them is Dribble
We also used Linkedin but we found that the cost per candidate is too high. Any recommendations for early-stage teams?
@alvarovillalb_ I can understand that. I don't have a perfect tip, but you can try to use free or low-cost alternatives such as job boards or other social media platforms. Another alternative would be to go to free job events and fairs and meet people there. In Germany, some of them are free.

I have used Linkedin, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Ziprecruiter has really low-quality candidates...
This is also why we have built Jobsolv for job seekers, but eventually, we want to be able to use our AI model to predict candidate performance and happiness and help employers find better candidates. One bad hire can cause so much headache and money.
Linkedin works great, but also there is such a cool platform as wellfound.com.
We also have Jooble in many countries and Djinni is pretty efficient but local story
@sasha_buratynskyi I've never heard of djinni before. Sounds interesting, I will try it out
