Hello,
I'm building the next major version of silex website builder and I would love it to have good typography. But I'm a dev so... Many questions arrise
How to choose a good font? The tool is less polished than webflow of course, has mostly the same features but more DIY and adventurous. Targets freelancers, web designers, makers...
What are some other applications that you admire for their typography? What specific fonts or font families do they use, and why do you think they work well?
Thanks a lot ! <3

Inter is a no brainer for SaaS apps. A lot of good tools already uses it.

@_entropea i'll look into it thx !
@alex_hoyau 😂 yeah I can understand where you are coming from. actually it's very legible in layouts with a lot of text. for your titles you could pair it with something with more personnality, such as Outfit, Montserrat, Calistoga...

+1 Inter -- FWIW at Specify, we paired it with Fira Code. also, GitHub recently open-sourced Mona Sans and Hubot Sans.
keep us posted!
