Which e-commerce platforms & tools are you using?

There are hundreds of options to choose from when it comes to adding features to your store or site. So, the question is, what are you using and how did you choose which platforms and tools to use to enhance and support your store? This could be for email marketing, live chat, SEO, analytics or any specific features you've added... I'm launching a directory of ecommerce tools in a couple days. My original target was 100 different tools & platforms but that quickly grew to over 350! The purpose of the directory is to have all of these powerful tools in one place instead of having to search all over and finding short lists and one-sided AI-generated affiliate-link-heavy blog posts 😉. Anyway, I'm interested in what everyone is actually using and why.
