Which BULK Email service provider are you using these days?

Hey Product Hunt Community,

I'm eager to know your thoughts on so many bulk email service providers. I am using far too many as the features of one are missing on the other,  but some of my emails are still landing in spam

I'm currently using Mailchimp for my bulk email needs. It's user-friendly, has a free plan for smaller audiences, and offers decent analytics.  However, I might consider an upgrade for more advanced features in the future.

Mailchimp has been good, but I'm intrigued by ConvertKit's focus on building relationships with subscribers.  For creators and solopreneurs, it might be a better fit.  Anyone using ConvertKit and loving it?

I understand some companies self-host their email marketing with services like SendGrid.  It offers more control and flexibility, but requires technical expertise.  For now, I'm happy with a user-friendly platform, but maybe self-hosting is something to consider down the line.

I'm still on the hunt for the perfect bulk email service!  While I'm using , I'm curious to hear what others are using.  Everyone has different needs, so recommendations based on specific features or price points would be helpful.

We use Sendgrid for emails from our system and Active Campaign for our newsletter and onboarding emails.  Both systems are great.

@solyou - Defo going to check Contentify AI. Best wishes! :) I've tried personalisation- however, when it comes to Company's brand emails, usually, that always begins as the bulk mailer thing

I feel your struggle with bulk email services! It's like juggling different tools hoping none will drop the ball - or in this case, your emails in the spam folder 😉 Have you considered fine-tuning your email content to escape the spam trap?

@bar_naby - Thanks for your reply. Have you used mailjet? We had used it earlier for SMTP and other basic marketing emails. However, switched to mailchimp for email marketing later. From mailchimp we moved to a few other platforms like Brevo, sender- struggling to find the perfect one

I've been using Mailchimp and it's been pretty solid. Deliverability rates are good and it integrates with a lot of other tools. Heard good things about ConvertKit too if you have a big list and want more advanced features. Following to see what others recommend!

@jonahmuye - Thanks. I was using Mailchimp but was kinda unhappy with their limitations, so switched. However, most of the emails from our domain are now getting in the spam folder of others. Thus ,rethinking and might switch back. Although as you rightly said, advanced features would be defo better

@arslan_ali22 - I am using sender (but most of the emails are going in spam of others)- though it's the only one which allows so many users in its free plan. Brevo has been good so far. I've faced glitches with Getcabal. Good for tracking just one kind of emails (say, investor updates)
