I am about to start a hiring process and I am looking for places to find really good and remote people to work remote.

Depends on what kind of work you're looking for but I've heard good things about Upwork and Fiverr for freelancers. Otherwise I've had friends have good success posting job postings on AngelList jobs (now called WellFound) and reaching out to their communities on social media platforms like Twitter.
