    In https://producter.co/, we use a method called BIG4 where we score 4 critical metrics for us. 📊 The weight of these metrics can vary. The whole product team gives points to all of them.     Generally have leant towards Value v Effort prioritisation approach to help determine what new features will be tackled and then used MoSCoW when determining what user stories will be delivered within the feature for each iteration.
