I'll start with ours: We set up a newsletter for IndieBrands that currently sits on about 300 subscribers. In the last newsletter, we had an open rate of 46,7 % (137) and of those 54% (74) clicked through to Indiebrands. Slightly outperforming the last one with an OR of 40.4 % (115) and a CTOR of 50.4 % (58). 2 Things I did to improve it: I changed some of the wording on the CTA from "All names" to "All 10 new brands" making it a little more appealing to click. "There is more new stuff to be found". Increasing the click on the CTA from 36 to 46. Also changed the subject to "BATCH 3 - 10 new Indiebrands" - which previously was "New Domains & SaaS Dialogue - the interesting stories of SaaS founders.". This suits our brand more. Giving a clear number & including the term "BATCH" which was the term we originally promoted our newsletter with. Removing the vagueness of "New domains" which doesn't include branding (Indiebrands > domains). Now the three questions I have: - How is your newsletter performing & what did you do to improve upon it? - How would you go upon increasing the newsletter subscriptions? - If you like this topic & want to take a look at it: I love to have some ideas on how I could improve on our newsletter? (I can send it to you) Would love to hear about your newsletter & your learnings! Cheers, David
