In 2004 I began a cultural website called Heptagrama (https://heptagrama.com). About a decade ago I stopped working on it because… well… life got in the way. Time has come to retake it, and I have a decision to make: Option #1 Work in the renewal of the site completely and publish all the new version at once when it is ready. Option #2 Work in the renewal of the site slowly, publish each small change as they are ready, and move the previous version to a browsable "archive" in the meantime. What would you do?

Since it has been so long, I would start over. That way you can do a new design. Plus you probably need to validate the idea for the website again. Doing this will probably give you more ideas to improve the site.
