If I were to suddenly find myself with three days off every week, I would spend them doing things I enjoy but rarely have time for. If I had more time, I would spend it with my family and friends, explore new locations, read more, watch more movies, and take more classes. Furthermore, I would use this additional leisure to improve my health and well-being by engaging in more physical activity and mindfulness practices.  If I could take three days off every week, my existence would be much more manageable.
