What was the most important skill that turned you profitable?

The ability to communicate ideas clearly.

Used to write essays fondly in school and along the learning curve, got some punishments for incorrect writing from the English teacher but at the end of the day, unknowingly the writing skill was improved. Now can write copies that make sense and induce action.
