MyFitnessPal for food tracking, Strava for runs/rides. Simple habit tracker for consistency. Nothing fancy, just what works.

MyFitnessPal is great for tracking calories and macros. I also like the Nike Run Club app for tracking my runs - it has a clean interface and syncs with my Apple Watch. And I recently started using the Streaks app as a simple habit tracker to make sure I'm staying consistent with my workouts and healthy habits.

Definitely MyFitnessPal for tracking calories and macros. Fitbit is great for tracking steps, sleep, and heart rate. I also love the Stronglifts 5x5 app for simple yet effective strength training programs and tracking your lifts over time. The key is consistency and finding tools you'll actually use regularly!
