What tools for cold email marketing for a beginner?

Hi product hunters, I would like to start cold email marketing campaign for my product. There are plenty of tools on the market to warm up the email account, personalize emails and send them in bulks (like active campaign, mailer light etc). Do you have any experience with those and can recommend something?
