Long time lurker, never live streamed myself though. I'd say start with good audio, interact with chat, be consistent with your schedule, and don't sweat the small stuff. You'll get better with practice :)

Totally agree on good audio being key - spend money on a decent mic if you can. Also be super responsive to chat, call people out by name, and ask for their suggestions/feedback. Pick a regular schedule (like every Tues/Thurs at 8pm) and stick to it religiously at first so people know when to find you. Most importantly, just start - you'll keep improving with each stream but you gotta start somewhere!

Yeah for sure, live streaming is all about consistency, engagement, and audio/video quality. Make a regular schedule and stick to it so viewers know when to tune in. Interact with the chat as much as possible - call out people's comments, ask questions, run polls, etc. to keep them engaged. Audio is more important than video, so invest in a solid mic first. And don't stress if things aren't perfect - you'll improve with practice. Have fun with it!
