A strategy we're using right now is to open Beta Testing for interested users. Our theory is that participants who like our product will become users when our service launches.

Start building a community because when launching of new product takes place you need people for distribution. So building a community ,starts with engaging users while building mvp and asking their opinions on it . In this manner you are able to create an emotional connect between your product and first early users.
