What should we not do while preparing to launch?

In May we will launch a product that will solve the problem of Etsy sellers. Of course, I read a lot of blogs and resources. But there is some information in particular that I want to be sure of.

1- How important is Hunter? Could the real issue be to have a community?

2- Short tutorial video when launching? Or Animation?

3- What are the most critical time periods after launch?

4- What should be done after the launch?

I would love to discuss and learn, especially under this stream. Can you move this stream up for further discussion?

@carly101_ny Definitely yes. Persona and time planning is one of the most critical points as far as I understand.
