Just going for a walk for 20-30 minutes after work helps me clear my mind and eases the transition to my personal life.
I also like to meditate for 10mn before work, to start with a calm state of mind. I use an app called Balance to help me with that.

Going for a walk really helps me.

Go for a walk, read a great book or exercise a little bit. That's always refreshing for me.
Having an evening walk(mostly after work) and listening to my fav songs. Also, listening and singing Taylor Swift songs whenever I feel low.
Taking a Tea/Coffee break alone.
In WFH format, doing a snappy 2-minute workout (push ups/squats/plank) and then just lie down for some minutes really takes my mind away.
Listen to soothing music.
