    For me, it's the sport. I climb regularly, usually about twice a week. I also try to eat healthily. That works most of the time ;) What about you? Do you have any special tips for better health that you would like to share with the community?

    Adopt a cat, they will tell you when you need to get off the computer.

    @fabian_maume Haha, that's a great suggestion, but honestly, I don't think my dog would appreciate it! 😄

    - Sport (I do workouts at home three times a week and go to the pool on the weekends) - Healthy diet (I do my best to avoid fast food, however, everything can happen lol) - Good and quality sleep (I used to have insomnia, took some Canadian pharmacy meds, but ended up solving this issue with regular exercises and a proper daily schedule) - Spending time outdoors (I go for a walk in the evening, mostly with my dog, also I like cycling when it is warm outside) - Traveling (I need to go somewhere to vent now and then, and traveling works the best for me).

    @nick_bess Wow! You really are very disciplined. Your advice is great. Exercise, healthy eating and getting enough sleep and breaks are so important to stay active and healthy. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

    Gym, healthy food (1 day per week of junk food allowed), and that's pretty much it.

    @access24 so good, I also eat junk food 1-2 times per week. I hate that mentality to force you to something. For example vegetarian and vegan nutrition are super healthy and I'm also eating almost no meat. But if you love a burger or a steak you should definitely go for it.

    My health routine that I more or less follow through is daily walks, tennis once a week, staying hydrated, and eating balanced meals.

    @edena That sounds like a fantastic health routine! Daily walks, regular exercise with tennis, staying hydrated, and maintaining a balanced diet are all key components to staying healthy and feeling great :)

    I do home workout almost daily and recently I started to walk/run outside for a short time daily for mobility

    sports, walks, good food. Also really important in my opinion is to slow down life in the evenings and the weekends. Days were nothing is scheduled. In a world full of stress, information and meetings we need moments to breathe and slow down.
