    Our approach addresses users' pain points more effectively than our competitors. For example, we offer a productivity software for macOS called iBoysoft MagicMenu (https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ ), which helps Apple users manage files and significantly enhances the Finder's functionality. This software allows you to adopt Windows-style right-click behavior and offers extensive customization options. With just a right-click, you can effortlessly create new files, move or copy them, copy file paths, locate and delete duplicate files, open items such as documents, apps, and web links, permanently erase files, and perform many other actions. For instance, on macOS, unlike Windows, creating new files like .doc or .txt directly from the right-click menu is not available by default. Typically, you would need to open an app (like Microsoft Word for a .doc file), create the file, and save it, adding extra steps. With iBoysoft MagicMenu, you can simply right-click, select "New File," and choose the file type (e.g., TXT, Doc, or XLS), making your tasks quicker and more efficient by removing unnecessary steps. It’s nearly an untapped market. Some competing tools are difficult to use, while others are expensive.

    Find your unique value prop and really nail the execution. Even if others offer something similar, you can win on UX, performance, customer service, etc. Hone in on a specific user pain point or use case and be the best at solving that.
