    It turns out that users aren't as interested in our product as we thought.

    @timobechtel I ask them about their interests and try to solve the problem at hand.

    Some of those happened to me some don’t: - Launch rather earlier than later (a mistake every first time founder makes imo). Get feedback fast. - Go into a niche. Don’t focus on a too large market. - focus on a single channel and ace that over time (that doesn’t mean that you cannot try out different ones, but you won’t have the resources to capture all).
