I start my day with a glass of water to wake up my body. Then exercising for about 30 minutes and shower. I read for about 15 minutes every morning, but no gadgets yet, a real book. Later I have my breakfast, not forgetting about supplements (this month from Canadian Pharmacy Online), and can read or watch some news. Now it's time to start my working day.

My daily routine starts with a stretch and a smile, followed by a look warm lemon water or hot cup of coffee to fuel up for the day ahead. I like to spend some quiet time meditating, setting my intentions, and making a to-do list to stay on track. Then, I hit the ground running and tackle my tasks with full focus and energy.
