What's the BIGGEST problem you encountered with your latest launch?

For me it was making a re-launch plan, being assured that I would have the backing of some external funds PLUS a grant, only to find out that all of that was thrown out the window 🪟 and that we'd get nothing. It took a some time, a new timeline and some new-likeminded people being added to the team but we've done our best to get along this set back. Also, because of this, the IMGPT V2 Software was built 100% in house, so it is just like we want it to be. It was really a blessing in disguise.
