    I'd love to hear your ideas! Besides the usual "take discussions offline" or "stick to short updates", I'm eager to know more about communication strategies that help keep the meeting structure without affecting the team's experience

    One quick round of updates Another round of blockers Finally scrum master/PM confirming day end targets General rule, noone speaks for more than a minute on update For blockers which need a separate meeting, schedule something right away. Also we push team members to put a day end status message
