What's the best screenshot tool for Windows?

I can't find any decent screenshot tools/editors for Windows. Tools like Xnapper (https://www.producthunt.com/products/xnapper) and Cleanshot (https://www.producthunt.com/products/cleanshot) are amazing, isn't there anything for Windows?
