What's the best customer story you have this year?

We are getting close to the end of this year, and it's time for some storytelling that might inspire. Tell us a customer story you didn't expect to happen that surprised you and made your day.

For https://notaku.so i made a little tool to create clickable image links in Notion and shared it on Reddit I got at least 2 new customers thanks to that little tool and they love the product! They already created their docs website using Notion and Notaku :)

I'll start. I attended a group meeting where we had an awesome host focused on dynamics and quality networking.

My intention was to meet new people and ask some questions about the current remote environment. The discussions got very specific and personalized.

I got active and gave some great tips to the host. Although the host had some offers at the end he wanted to know more about my services and a couple of days later we ended up with a contract. Completely unexpected.
