@byalexai Hey Alex, do you share video contents? I mean, is it a huge part of your content strategy?

Instead of just growing the number of connections randomly, I focus on engaging with relevant content posted by people in my industry. Commenting, sharing insights, and sending personalized invites mentioning what interested me in their profile. It's not about quantity but building genuine relationships with the right people who can add value. Takes more effort but leads to a strong, engaged network over time.

Personally, I find the most effective way to grow my LinkedIn network is by engaging with people's posts consistently - liking, commenting, and sharing insights. Also been experimenting with LinkedIn's Creator Mode which makes it easier for people to follow you. Curious what others have found works well!

Sending personalized connection requests works well. I mention a shared interest or recent post of theirs to make it relevant.
